Travel Conditions

Forever Snowboard (hereinafter FS), will provide the services through Mountain Flow Travel Services LTD. Please check your confirmation email carefully and immediately report any incorrect or incomplete information to FS. FS will take care of logistics and safety in the mountains. FS assumes no responsibility for damage or loss to things (e.g. table, accessories, etc.) and/or people during the days of activity.

Customer Responsibilities

To make a reservation you must be at least 18 years old.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information to the best of your ability.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Use your own snowboard clothing, safety equipment (shovel, A.R.T.V.A. and probe) and helmet are mandatory during all activities, an airbag backpack is strongly recommended. FS will not provide any accessories unless previously agreed).
  • Certified helmets must be worn at all times during riding days with FS.
  • Make sure your equipment is in perfect working order and serviced before the start date of your trip.
  • If you take test equipment from us, it will have been checked before your arrival. Maintenance during the trip is your responsibility.
  • Truthfully indicating your technical level is fundamental, FS has the right not to include a customer if the guide believes that the technical level is not sufficient for any planned trips or days.
  • Complete our pre-riding questionnaire and group safety information form. (you will receive it after booking confirmation).
  • Make full payment 30 days before travel.

Travel Insurance

Be aware that snowboarding can be a dangerous activity, adequate insurance coverage for this activity is strongly recommended. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs while you are on holiday with us.

It is advisable to choose a policy that covers the costs of individual trips due to cancellations or unavoidable interruptions that may occur. Once the balance has been paid it is not possible to provide refunds or credits as the costs will no longer be recoverable.

FS may recommend the following insurance providers based on the positive experiences of other customers, but has no affiliation and assumes no responsibility for the services provided.

Payment

Full payment must be made prior to the provision of any service by FS. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance of 50% must be paid 30 days before departure of the trip. All funds will be transferred to the bank account of Mountain Flow Travel Services LTD, or paid by credit card or Paypal. (This incurs a 3% commission).

Cancellation Policy

For customer cancellations, FS will require written notification of cancellation via confirmation email. Any refund will be subject to a 7% administrative and bank fee.

If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the start date of the trip, the customer will lose the deposit, but the other amounts paid will be refunded.

If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the start date of the trip, no refund will be provided.

You can transfer your trip to another person at no cost.

If FS cancels the trip, you will be credited with the amount received on the date of cancellation. This does not apply to adverse weather conditions (no snow, rain, high avalanche danger), over which FS has no control. We will not cancel a trip due to adverse weather conditions, but we may adjust the planned itinerary for safety reasons at the discretion of our expert guides.

Risk Awareness

Snowboarding involves various risks, dangers and inconveniences, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • The danger of avalanches is a risk to be foreseen by going off-piste.
  • The guide may not be able to predict whether the alpine terrain is safe for the planned activities.
  • The terrain used for activities is uncontrolled, unmarked, uninspected and carries many hazards, hazards and hazards beyond avalanches. These may include, but are not limited to: cornices; cliffs; trees and tree stumps; streams; rocks; boulders; forest collapses; potholes and depressions on or beneath the snow surface; cliffs; variable and difficult snow conditions; snowcat roads, snowmobile tracks and road embankments, fences and other man-made structures; impact or collision with other people, vehicles or objects; meeting with domestic or wild animals; loss of balance or control; slips; loss or separation from your group or guide; negligence in providing first aid; negligence of other people, including other guests.

 

Communications in Alpine terrain are difficult and, in the event of an accident, rescue and medical care may not be available.

Alpine weather conditions can be extreme and can change quickly and without warning, making travel by helicopter, snowmobile or snowmobile dangerous.

YOU MUST BE AWARE OF THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS ASSOCIATED WITH WILDLIFE ACTIVITIES AND FREELY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, DANGERS AND RISKS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSSES WHICH THEY DERIVE FROM IT.

Contractual agreement

I expressly accept and acknowledge that the terms and conditions of this agreement are contractual in nature and that I sign this agreement, as is and without modification, of my own free will. I expressly acknowledge that I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of signing this document and that there are no other impediments or reasons why I would not have the ability to enter into this contract with Mountain Flow Travel Services LTD.

Jurisdiction

The competent court is that of London.
